By accessing or using the From Equations to Capital platform ("Platform"), including the books, Decision Lab, Academy, companion notebooks, research papers, and all related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Passwords must be at least 12 characters. We use PBKDF2-SHA256 hashing with 310,000 iterations for password storage.
All content, including text, mathematical formulations, code, figures, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Mourad E. Mazouni and/or its licensors. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased content for personal or institutional use, subject to the scope of your license tier.
Permits access on up to 3 personal devices. Content may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial training without a separate license.
Permits access for the number of seats specified in the license agreement. Institutional administrators may manage seat assignments. Content may be used in internal training programs but may not be sublicensed.
Payments are processed through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to review.
The Platform provides educational and analytical tools only. All models, calculations, valuations, and outputs are for educational purposes and require independent validation before use in any production, investment, or decision-making environment. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any output for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, its author, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
